Internet Explorer home page being redirected

The home page setting remains correct in Internet options, but Internet
Explorer brings up a Spyware Ad page instead of going to the Home page. If
the home page address is entered directly into the address bar the page loads
correctly. The computer had gotten spywareStriker, but this has been cleaned.
How do I fix this redirect problem?
