locked attachments in Outlook Express

My Outlook Express has given me a message saying it has
removed access to unsafe attachments in my mail, I can't
find where to change this setting so I can open email
attachments, I am running McAfee but don't believe it to
be the source.
Locked up with no were to go!

Tools> Options> Security. Uncheck the box marked by
default that stops you from receiving attachments
