Problems with accessing file attachments in Outlook Express 6

After installing the MS03-014: April, 2003, Cumulative
Patch for Outlook Express (This article was previously
published under Q330994), I am unable to access the file
attachments sent to me in emails. The following message
appears with the file attahments:

"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail"

Can someone please tell me how I can restore access to the
file attachments.
