Lock Up

I reciently tried to install a program and when I rebooted,
the computer starts up, goes into the Desk Top
and about 10 Seconds later nothing works...
the mouse moves and the keybord is not locked up, but I
cannot click on anything or control Alt Delete will not
work.. any suggestions?

Try going into Safe Mode (hit F8 as computer is starting) and
uninstalling the program.
