Every time I reopen outlook I need to expand all of my folders again. Since
I use IMAP folders it doesn't show up in the personal folders at all and I
like it that way. I want to be able to have the personal folders minimized
and my IMAP folders expanded in the specific fashion every time I open the
program and currently there is no way to lock either the "folder list" view
or the "mail" view.
