Lock a Powerpoint template?

Does anyone know how to lock a Powerpoint template? I
want to have the background and color remain constant so
users cannot change them.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can't lock it as such, but you can convert the entire thing to a single
bitmap. Of course, a diligent user could just delete the bitmap if they really
want to annoy you. ;-)
