Hello,

By accident i deleted in microsoft outlook an exchange account locally.
All mails where stored locally but not archived or saved in a .pst file, no
copies were left on server and there is no access to server anymore possible.
By deleting the account; inbox, sent items, calender and contacts disappeared.
I could recover calender & contacts luckily thru my handlet.
But still need to recover inbox & sent items, vital mails are lost.
Could somebody help me out! Box of genuin belgian chocolate for the
solutionbringer!
OS is windows XP prof2002 service pack2 with microsoft prof.2003 with
compatibility pack for office2007

If you had an exchange account AND all emails were stored locally, then they
had to be in a .pst file. Outlook can only store content in a .pst file (or
an .ost file if configured to work in offline / cached Exchange mode).

If you deleted the account in account settings in outlook, it probably just
orphaned the .pst file which is probably a hidden file.

Of course, normally 'vital' content has some sort of backup system in
place....

Nope no pst files because i worked in cashed exchange mode.
Backup came manually by classyfying mails into pst folders.
Anyway i have a no .ost file although i worked in cache. but i have a .nk2
file.
But i can't find any tool to convert into .pst.

cheers;
