local web site pages 'unmatched' with remote web-why?

Hi everyone

For some reason most of my pages are showing as unmatched.
The website looks OK to me.
Anyone any idea why this is?
How do I resolve. I tried synchronizing but it changed my index page to last
Novembers page.
I recently had to have my hard drive wiped due to a virus.

If you did a publish with "changed pages only", that's probably the
culprint. Since you wiped your drive clean and reinstalled FP, you need to
do a one-time "Full Publish".
