Local users and Groups

Hi,

I get a red cross when I want to use the Local users and Groups. No users or
groups and I have this error message : Unable to access the computer XYZ.
The error was: Error loading type library/DLL
I done a sfc scannow and reinstalled to lusrmgr.msc file (the one used by
mmc.exe) but I still get the error..

Are you trying to veiw local users on a Domain controller? Cause if you are they will be unavalible by default as they are stored in AD.

Start > Run > SFC /SCANNOW
