Copy local users and groups

We have developed a software application to help administrators copy
local users and groups between windows machines.

It can do so as they are encountered within filesystem ACLs or by
selecting them manually.

If you need to solve this problem our software can help you.

This post looks like a helpful hint but is in reality a
commercial advertisment for a $199 product.

The purpose of the post was to make system administrators aware of
this tool.

To be clear, File Server Migrator is a commercial tool currently
selling for $199.

It offers some specialized features which may be relevant to you,
including:
- User interface to copy local users and groups between machines
- Automatically copy local users and groups as encountered in access
control lists of files and directories
- Search and replace SIDs on the filesystem and registry.
- Search and remove dangling SIDs.

Then it is blatantly off-topic here and does, as Pegasus points out,
qualify as self-serving SPAM.
