Local group and user accounts

Hi.
Is there a way to copy/migrate local user and group accounts (INCLUDED
PASSWORDS) from Windows 2000 Server to another Windows 2003 Server ?!?

Hi Pegasus.
I'm sorry but the utility you specified below doesn't help me: password will
not saved.
I should need an utility that can copy also password of each user from one
to another server.
I know there is this utility that should do it: "Active Directory Migration
Tool v2.0".
But does it work also for local user and group accounts or only for Active
Directory user and group accounts ?

Please, help me !!!
