My old inbox emails need to be retrieved. They are lost somewhere deep. I
just added my computer to AD and got a new signing name. name.surname. My old
local settings "name" are lost. I can't login as a local user anymore. I sure
can in the domain with the new one. But somehow the old local username is
lost. I need to retrive the emails. Is there any tool or anyway to search
through inbox.dbx or something files to retrieve the old inbox with
administrative rights in the domain?

Assuming that you are using a Windows 2000 or XP workstation, take a look
under the \documents and settings folder. Do you see a folder with your old
sign-in name?

The user name was the firmname and not my name. My name was in comment, so it
was showed in win xp login (local) but it really was the firmname the login
name. Simple mistake. Thanks for answering though Neo. With AD now the login
name is username.surname.
