Local Security Policy

Hello
I recieved a win2k box that refuses to autorun cds. I have checked the registry value and it is set to 1, as I understand a regisrty value of 0 would prevent autorun.

I found a local security policy named " Disable Media Autoplay" it has only 2 options

Disable all drives
Disable cdrom

If these are the only two options and if this is what is preventing autorun cds from executing what do I do?
I know that most people like to disable this option but I am trying to figure out how to create autorun cds with menus and I need to be able to test my work. Any ideas? Also if anyone off the top of their head knows of a good how to article that explains what I am trying to do I wouldn't mind the help.

Thanks, Casey

Try changing that setting to "disabled" to see if it helps. --- Steve
