Local Group Policy

Just installed WSUS client. Client checkin with Server. Client contains all
registry settings. I went through the process to enable Local Group Policy to
make changes to registry. However, Local Group Policy doesn't contain all the
options available, such as on the other clients. (performed in the same
manner). I have removed wuau and reinstalled with no luck. Any clues?

I beleive you may be speaking of the administrative template for the local
machine. There are two, one for User which has limited options, and one for
Machine, which has more options for Windows Update. Of course we must assume
the template wuau is installed. Look at the difference, and see if this
answers your question..
