Local files

I have a mirror of my site on my machine and use the local copy instead of
the Internet one. Randomly when returning from another page on the Internet
it will put up the don't want to allow ActiveX message bar at the top of the
browser window. No ActiveX is on the page. Only some of the pages have
JavaScript but they all put up the bar.

How do I get it to accept my pages on my machine? The directory where they
are found is in the trusted zone but I'm not about to list the 70+ pages
individually in there.

IE 7, XP SP2 both up to date

FWIW: I have deliberately not allowed Google toolbar, Yahoo toolbar or any
other toolbar to be installed on the machine. I do not know of anything
they provide which is not already available other than probable activity
reporting back to the vendors which I view as spyware behavior.

Many thanks for the information, suggestion and link.
