Local Disk (C:) file system NFTS

When l first switch on my pc l have to wait for Local Disk(C contents
containing all the files to appear, l then has to click it off and then the
screen appears normally showing all the icons on my desktop. Please can
anyone help me to stop this from happening as l have not a clue how or why it
appears. I have tried system restore to no avail.

Try "system restore" to an earlier date.
