Can find anything in my network connections and device manager

I have had this problem for a few days now.Nothing will sow up in my device
manager it seems to have disapeared when l am running windows.If l boot in
safe mode all my devices seem to show up again.My adsl connection is not
showing in my taskbar and my ethernet card and firewire card are'nt showing
in my connect to tab.l fixed this problem yesterday by system restoring and
now it wont let me restore it again and the problem just happened again my
desktop refreshed and my adsl connection disapeared yet l am still
connected.And l cant get into my device manager or even load a cd/dvd.Please
HELP.

This issue showing up recently, seems to be caused by a Malware named
Apropos.C. It installs a Kernel driver with a random file name. More

Thanks to McCarthy for supplying the above URL. Note that the utility
referenced above removes a Malware reponsible for blank device manager.
