Windows device manangement console

I am having problems with the management console as its not showing up any of
my devices when l am running windows.If l boot in safe mode l can access the
console but when l am running in normal mode l cant see anything.Also l cant
see my devices that are connected in my network either e.g my ethernet card
or my firewire card pls help.

You might want to run a spyware scanner such as Spybot, Ad-Aware, or
Microsoft AntiSpyware. Run the scan in Safe Mode for the best chance of
removal.
