Local device name is in use

I have three users with laptops who are getting the local device name in use throughout the day. Any help would be great!!!
 
Most likely the problem is all three computers have the same name.
Try changing your computers to different name under

My Computer's properties > Computer name tab > click on "change" >
enter and new computer name and press OK

Reboot the computer

Are you trying to map a drive using the same letter as a local device?

For example trying to map drive E: when a CD ROM is set as that drive
letter. If that's all it is, either rename the drive letter for the local
device or choose another drive letter to map.
