i have administrative rights to the local lan and local
workstation, all my workstation shares are working
correctly and i can see and connect to all shares in
explorer. now how can connect to remote computer my
computer-computer management-local users and groups-users
folder to change the password for administering account

I'm not really sure what you're asking. Are you on a domain?

Open the Computer Management console, right click on Computer Management
(Local) and select Connect to another computer. Your user account must be a
member of the Local Administrators group on the remote computer.
