Loading Windows XP Professional on two computers?

Hi we got Windows Xp Professional Update (cause we have
Win 98) and we also have two computers and i was wondering
if there is any legal way of loading the same programe on
the two computers, even if it means a small fee cause we
dont wanna have to buy two versions only if we have to. We
are also thinking of networking our computers and if we do
do this will we need another version of Win Xp or can one
version run over the network?

You can't install XP Pro onto more than one PC unless you have a license to do so:

It may cheaper to purchase a 2nd copy.
