We have just purchased a new computer with XP for our office. The old
computer the employee was using had Windows 2000 Professional on it. Is
there anything equivelent to the Files & Setting Transfer on Win 2000, so we
can transfer her information over? If not, how can we transfer it over? (We
are not on a server network.)

I'm not familiar with how Files & Settings Transfer worked on Win2k but
XP has that ability. See:

I think you can do that. On Win2000pro, put into the WinXP CD. After it run
automatic, you can find the menu, there is a "Files and settings transfer",
just click it and follow the instruction.

start the process on the XP machine , it will give you an option to copy a
file to a floppy drive (fastwiz.exe) take that file and run it on the 2000
box.
you can collect all your settings to a folder on the local drive.

then on the XP , run FAST again and say this is the "new" computer and point
it at the store folder you made on the 2000.
