Loading software

I have a problem with XP pro. I can only load application
software when in safe mode. When I try and load from my
user name I don't get any error message, nothing happens.
I have got admin rights for the user name. Any suggestions
please.

Hi,

You have something loading and running in normal mode that is interfering
with the installer. Try the steps here:
