Loading software

I loaded in sierra card studio 3 deluxe, and the program installes and works correctly on my desktop but on the wifes desktop the program works correctly accept for the( event planner) Calendar, there is a prompt that comes up that tells me the event planner failed to initialize because windows cannot find the install path!! I am the administrator and the wife is a limited user. can someone help bobber

Hi,

Reinstall it while logged on as her, her profile is missing necessary
registry entries. Right-click the setup file and use "run as", then enter an
admin username and password to proceed.
