eabfiltr error in Event Viewer

My laptop is taking forever to load from once I enter my password
until the desktop appears. Booting to the login screen is normal. I
have checked Event Viewer and the only error I am receiving is this:

Source: Service Control Manager
Type: Error
Event ID: 7026

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
eabfiltr

I have not been able to find anything on this error to help me correct
it. I am using an HP laptop in a docking station. I have checked my
MSCONFIG and there are only 6 items checked under Startup and they are
all necessary programs.

Any suggestions on how to resolve the Event ID?
