Loading Program Software on Slave Drive

I'm running out of space on my primary drive and want to utilize my
slave for additional programs. How do I get them to load on drive
other than C:\ ? I realize certain program files are stored in Windows
XP, but what about the rest of them?

You should sellect Custom Install, if available, or if the installation
shows the installation path of;
eg C:\Program Files\'application name' simply edit "C" to "E":\............
or whatever your slave drive is.

Most installation programs prompt you for where you want them installed. If
necessary, you may have to choose the "Custom Installation" option to get
the choice. Just choose D: (or whatever you want).

An occasional brain-dead installation program works only on C:, but these
are much rarer than they used to be.

Most programs ask where you want to install. Sometimes it is configure etc.
I just change the C letter to D or what ever your partition drive may be.
This work for me.
