loading personal setting

Hello.. My windows have difficulty to load my personal setting..
Once i click on my personal setting.. the windows restart automatically..
may soame one helps me please, thank you

Try creating a new User profile :

How to copy data from a corrupted user profile to a new profile

Then delete the corrupted User profile if the new one functions correctly.
