LOADING OLD FILES ON NEW COMPUTER

IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD OLD FILES ONTO DELL DISK FOR NEW
COMPUTER WITHWINDOWS XP, MY OLD ACER WITH WINDOWS 95
REQUIRES INTERNET EXPLORER 4.0. THE CURRENT PROGRAM HAS
INTERNET EXPLORER 2.0. HOW CAN I UPGRADE SO I CAN
TRANSFER MY OLD FILES.

Might look around for some old AOL disks, they always have the Internet Explorer.

Try going to the Windows 98 update website to update that 2.0 to a 6.0
