loading new drivers

i decided to load windows 2000 on my old hard drive - did
it successfully but it would not recignise my rockwell
modem - i went looking for a new set of driver found them
and copied them now how do i load the driver into the
system ? i copied it into the old hard drive and now whta
do i do ? i have a rockwell HFC 56k data fax pci modem
running on an ibm aptiva pentium 3

Check the hardware manufacturer's web site for the latest Windows 2000
driver for your device.

If you found the drivers I would expect them to be in the form of either an
exe, or zip file with instructions.
If you simply copied driver files from another sys, this is unlikely to
work.
