Loading IE6 SP1 on windows 98

I have been attempting to install IE6 SP1 on Windows 98. It begins to load
but aborts with an error after about 1041K has been downloaded. Any Idea
what is happening? I have retried this several times and it always aborts at
the same spot.

Are you attempting to install IE6 SP1 via Windows Update? Have you closed
all open applications/windows (including your anti-virus app and firewall)
before beginning the download/install?
