loading a pst file

I amd having problems restoring my personal folders from outlook. My Windows
needed to being reloaded so I backed up my outlook prior to the process.

I can not load the pst file. Any suggestions???

I'd suggest posting your Outlook version so someone can answer you.
Why can you not "load" your PST file? What are you doing and what happens
when you try?
 
ensure the PST file in on the hard drive and that it's properties are not
set to "read-only".
