Load Image.

I have just found out that when opening an access database it is possible for
an image to pop up (e.g. identifying the database) prior to the database
window, switchboard or ID/PW window opening. This is done by saving a bitmap
image with the same file name as your database (in the same folder). My
question is, is it possible for the database to pause on this image, and if
so how do I do this?
