Load balanced Farm and Printing

Here is my scenario:

I have 4 Terminal Servers (2003) load balanced. Most of the clients are
WinTerms, but there are a few PC's. Each location (there are 9) has at least
2 ip printers whether it be JetDirect or some other type of network print
server. I am looking for the best way to setup printing for the clients.
Right now, I am having to setup each printer on each of the Terminal Servers
and setting permissions so that the user isn't inundated with printers.
Basically, I have a printing nightmare. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Scott

I guess what I'm looking for is, from a printer management perspective, is
this the best way to setup printing in this environment? Ideally, it would
be nice to have one location to manage security and drivers for all of the
printers rather than having to connect to each TS and change whatever needs
to be changed. I hope my questions are clear, if not, let me know and I'll
try to clarify.

Thanks,
Scott

Most enhancement suites for TS include a central management console for
managing printer drivers, i.e. Citrix MetaFrame & Tarantella SGD.

If you want a product that specifically deals with printer management & TS,
then take a look at Advanced Print Manager 4.0 by DABCC.COM.
