run, then Live Onecare has to be installed, i install it, then it tells me to
lauch Live onecare, so after i hit the launch button is when i get the bar
that says "your web browser has blocked this site from using an ActiveX
control in an unsafe manner, this page may not display correctly" Thats the
part I don't get. i cant find anything online anywhere to give me some kind
of information on how to fix it.

You're referring to Windows Live OneCare Safety Scanner - the online, free
version of OneCare. I assume that you will probably want to add
http://onecare.live.com to your trusted sites in IE settings in order to allow
the ActiveX control to install. For your information, the Safety Scanner has a
web forum here:
http://boards.live.com/safetyboards/board.aspx?BoardID=225

I have the question there too.
I tried what you said but nothing. I can't add it to my trusted sites but it
will not go in because it's a http site not a https one.

Still need some help if any one has any ideas..

Thank You StephenB
