I was having problems with my CDRW not reading CD's so I removed the drive
in device manager and the secondary IDE device and now on reboot it says
found new hardware and can not find the drivers again for these devices, so
I click cancel and everything works ok now but these devices have the yellow
! beside it and prompts me everytime I start windows for the drivers, how
can I get these drivers to install correctly?

Delete the entry in Device Manager, reboot and get it to redetect the
device, if not, use Windows Update feature of 'Update Drivers' on
Drivers tab to find the correct driver!
