Liteon 20x Dvd Rewriter

DVD rewriter in busted and now looking at a new one. Saw a LITEON 20X DVD REWRITER in the shop.

How good are these? Compared to Philips, pioneer etc, how good, reliable are liteon?

NEC drives seem to rate well I had heard LiteOn are generally pretty good, but quite a few have failed for people on this forum.

I'm not sure, my only recent experience has been NEC. I've never had a problem with them, so I've just bought one with each PC (non failed yet, fingers crossed!).

Lit-eon drives have worked just fine for me , Quiet and fast . Get a drive with a big buffer if you can .
