I want to create a list with drop down arrows, however, I want to incorporate
more than 1 column of datat and I do not want it to
limit how many items I can select. I type the same data day in day out, so I
want to create a list of this data, so I can just select the items I need
each time, rather than having to type them over and over but including more
than one olumn is imperitive - any ideas??

Hi there
Will this work for multiple columns as I can only seem to get it to work if
I use one column?

Many thanks

Not that I know of.

You can have a DV list for a column or a row but not multiples of same.

Best to copy all to one column on a new worksheet.

Create a named range for that list then in DV>Allow>List enter =MyList(if
that's the name you gave it)
