Linksys BEFSR81 router stuck in diag

I tried to upgrade the firmware on my 8 port linksys
router(regular wired version). During the installation,
the install crashed. Now my router's DIAG light is
flashing and I can't access the router at all. My
computers can't see it and when I try to access the
router's internal IP address, all I get is the white
webpage unavailable screen. I even tried holding the
reset button on the router but nothing happens. I tried
all the troubleshooting options Linksys offers but
nothing has worked. Anybody know how to fix this problem?
