Right click the Toolbar and make sure that Lock the toolbars is unchecked.
Then move your cursor to the left edge of the Links bar until it turns into
a double headed arrow.
Left click and drag the Links bar down and it will create a new row.
Left click and drag the Links bar to the left and it will hide the Address
bar.
When you have it the way you want, right click the Toolbar and make sure
that Lock the toolbars is checked, so that you do not accidentally move the
Toolbars.
