Links not working in some browsers

P

Pam

Ok...I have no clue what is going on here - I have a website at
http://www.passionfortruth.com - we just sent out a e-newsletter and found
out that some computers none of the links are working??!!

I usually run Firefox - but I've also opened up IE and the links work fine
for me - however 2 people running xppro (which is also what I have) say that
the links do not work for them.

Can some of you check out this site and see if you are having trouble
getting the links to work - and if so, do you have any ideas why?

thanks so much

Thanks Chris - I checked the link you sent (boy I have a ways to go to fix
the code in this monster site......sigh) .. anyway, even though it says that
there is mainmenu more than once - I can not find it in the actual page
code. there is a reference to the main-menu.css in the heading -
this template has a lot of includes - the header is the flash file/both
menus (top and main) then the columns on left and right are pulled in as
well. How does the validator find the duplicate tags? Does it look also at
the css files as well as the actual code on the page in question? I looked
at the css file as well, and it does have the codes listed - but if I take
one of them out - the menu falls apart - so apparently they are needed.

And what is really strange - everything worked fine before my latest upload
yesterday - and the only thing that was changed yesterday was the change in
the pictures in the left and right columns.

Since the people that have contacted us say that the menu's are the
problem - however they say that the HOME and CONTACT links work (not the
ones inbetween) ... it has to be something all of the sudden with the menu
breaking down. This is one of the menus off dynamic drive - would there be
an easier way to get these two menus on the same page?

thanks for your help
Pam

maybe because some links go to

passion-for-truth.com/sitemap.htm but the page is really at
passionfortruth.com/sitemap.htm

check your paths!

thanks for letting me know Rob - what I had to do was revamp the folder
structures on the server - put a redirect htaccess under the all the dot
coms to redirect them to the domain with the dashes - only think I can
figure out (which makes sense) is that I managed to 'mix' the two domain
versions in the links in the site...if that makes sense :)

thanks for the clue though - that's what flipped the switch on - you know
how you work on something so long you can't see anything??? Now....I'm going
to slowly try to go thru the site and fix the validation errors...although
.... mmm if it aint broke..why try to fix it! LOl
