Links In Outlook 2003 do not work

Links in incoming e-mail do not work. I am using OL 2003, Win XP, and have
IE 6.
I have reset the IE>Internet Options>Reset Web Settings with no success.
Any other suggestions? Sue Mosher, if you are out there...Help! Thanks.

Additionally, I have used the registry file from another computer on which OL
2003 is working properly, and that did not work either. I have uninstalled
and reinstalled Office and OL 2003 as well. Any other ideas?
