Hi,
I have the same problem when no other IE6 browsers are open. When i
click on a link a get a IE6 window where nothing works, except for
File/Open. If i do have a IE6 window open when i click on a link
everything works great, a new IE6 window opens the link. What is going
on???

It smells like some kind of Microsoft security issue; but it's no big
deal, just open an IE6 window before clicking on a Outlook email link.
