links disabled

I have Microsoft Office 2007 and use Outlook email. All links I get in
emails are disabled and my phishing filter is turned off, so no junk email
links are disabled. I get this error message: "general failure. the url is
....... the system cannot find the file specified"

Anyone know how I can get the links working again?

Have you activated your copy of Office 2007? If so, have you run Office
Diagnostics from the Help menu in Outlook?
