solution for slow links/urls using outlook 2007

Hi,

regarding the slow link issue with outlook 2007 [2] [3]
here's possibly a solution:
fully disable IE's phishing filter
Internet Options, Advanced, Phishing Filter, Disable phishing filter
(third option, the second does not work!)

Robert Sparnaaij [3] wrote,
"[Outlook] first resolves the link with IE (without displaying IE) and
only if it is successful does it send it to the default browser (IE in
your case)."
He also states this should be removed after beta...

I didn't find any docs for this behaviour, but disabling the filter
actually works for me (not using IE anyway).
So resolving also means analysing, which takes time.

Can anybody approve this solution?
