how do set up the area underneath the address bar so you
can drag and save ur fav. web pages there. we used to
have them there, my son set it up, but he isn't able to
help me right now. thanks you so much, robert

Robert,

Open Internet Explorer, click View menu, Toolbars and enable "Links". Sometimes, you may need to position the Links band by unlocking the Internet Explorer toolbar. I usually keep it Cascaded.
