I'm wondering if anyone ha run across the same problem.
I'm linking out a secure page in a new window, but the
site always ups come "page can't be displayed, but if I
refresh the new window with the url to the secure site it
works perfectly....Where's the issue coming from???

You would have to provide a URL so that someone can actually see what is happening.

If the page is in an SSL directory I make sure to use an
absolute url starting with https:// as opposed to the
conventional http://
