Linking Outlook on 2 separate computers

Hello I work in a small office, and would like to be able to make a
task list that two people on separate computers can view in outlook. I
know that Outlook can be joined so that two people can share calenders,
but is the task list also linkable?

If so, how do I do it?

why don't you save the e-mail (as msg) in a directory?
The other person can read that e-mail by opening the msg.
