Linking meetings, e-mails etc. to tasks

I would like to keep track of action on tasks on my to-do list. So, when I
set up a meeting, take some notes, send e-mails, or create Office documents,
I'd like to be able to link them to the associated Outlook task.

I used to have Contact Manager but had to reformat the drives, and haven't
gotten around to reinstalling that yet. At any rate, it didn't seem to do
the job (at least, I couldn't figure out how to do it with BCM).

Is there a way for me to accomplish the goal with or without BCM?

Give all the related items the same category. You'll then be able to find them all with Advanced Find.
