linking calendars

Can you link/synchronize a calendar in your personal folders with an on-line
calendar?
 
Any particular online calendar? I don't think there are many left that
support syncing with Outlook but I'll dig around. There used to be a good
number of them but most died (free usually doesn't equal profit)
 
My question revolves around my e-mail, calendar, etc that resides on a
server. When I'm offline or away from the office, I can't access the
calendar. What I'd like to do is have the calendar in my personal folders
and synchronize it so that it has the same information as on my calendar on
the server. I'd like to synchronize at least once per day or week. Hope
this clarifies the request a bit more.

If you're using an Exchange Server in the office, have you looked into
Offline Folders?
