Hi, i am trying to get my school e-mail via the Windows e-mail program. I
have all the server info entered correctly i believe, but when i click "send
receive" i get this error message:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'mail.ship.edu', Server: 'mail.ship.edu', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number:
0x800CCC0F

I know you can link the account, because it worked on my Samsung Instinct. I
can receive all of my e-mail from this account on my phones outlook express.
I have tweaked and played with all the settings like "needs secure
connection" etc, it just continues to give me this message.

Email or respond if anyone can help me.

Am having issues with IE 8. It's not letting me open certain links on
sites. It also freezes up the computer when I click on certain links in
sites. It's slowing things down. That is the deal with this IE 8?
